Managed a $777,000 expansion of a Kansas public library in cooperation with the Library Board which was completed on budget and on time

Secured grant funding for a $1 million intersection improvement with KDOT in Baldwin City, KS

Developed and implemented an economic development project with private partners to allow Baldwin City to extend sewer and electric service to the City’s business park which allowed expansion by those businesses 

Negotiated an economic development agreement with a local fiber startup to bring gigabit internet service

Inherited a Colorado water utility that had not raised rates for almost 20 years which resulted in an insolvent enterprise fund. Worked to develop a rate structure that would allow for current operations to be solvent, to provide funding for water reuse projects and to acquire a renewable water source
